99rpm offers no questions asked cancellation & full refund before products are invoiced. All you have to do is to notify via email. For cancellation, you need to contact at with your order number.


Orders need to be placed online only and while placing an order you can choose to make an instant online payment or pay later to 99rpm's bank account. All orders at 99rpm are processed immediately after payment confirmation. You can make payment via Netbanking, Debit/Credit Cards OR by directly transferring the bill amount to 99rpm's bank account via Cash/DD or cheque

Shipping Charge:

         Usually, the shipping charge is calculated as 200 for the first piece in order and thereafter it increases by Rs 20 per piece of product. In case of large products like bumpers, Bonnet, Windshield etc, additional shipping is charged as per the actual size of the material. For example Typical shipping charge of a bumper is approx 500-800 and Windshield Glass is 700- 1200. Depending upon availability of courier service at your location, and distance this amount can vary.

Fitment Guarantee:

        Your purchase is 100% secure from wrong product arriving which doesn't fit with your vehicle.  As long as you have ordered the product which matching specification of your Car including Model Name, Engine Type, Year and Variant, your purchase is completely secure.  In case of the wrong fitment, you are eligible to get 100% refund or free replacement. Return & Exchange policy:

In cases of wrong product & damaged shipment, full refund & replacement is provided. 99rpm customer support shall guide you to get an exchange. Wrong product only means when a supplied product is not as per description on 99rpm.

In case, a customer has bought a part which is not needed anymore, whenever explicitly stated in product description some products may be eligible for exchange/return. In such cases, temporary exchange credits may be provided by 99rpm for replacement orders. A nominal restocking fee of 14% will apply to all product return/exchanges and return transit cost is paid by the customer. Returns are approved at the sole discretion of 99prpm.

Fitment Guarantee, Return, cancellation and exchange policy can be revoked in special cases at the sole discretion of 99rpm including but not limited to experimental purchases, rare parts, slow-moving items for discontinued vehicles, high-value products, fraud attempt, unable to take delivery etc.  For product returns in certain cases, 99rpm may levy additional charges to recover shipping costs and restocking charges. 99rpm reserves all rights to block/cancel certain transactions on without prior information. Parts purchased for resale and for vehicles sold in markets other than India are not covered under buyer's protection.

Price Change Events:

Prices are quoted as per MRP decided by brands. However, many times, prices changes are known only at the time of shipment. if MRP label is lower then what you have paid, 99rpm automatically refunds the amount. Whenever 99rpm receives a product at higher prices than what has been originally quoted price change of up to Rs 100 is absorbed by 99rpm; however, if the price change is higher, the customer is notified of price change and required to pay the difference amount.  Full refund of the already paid amount is always available as an option in case increased price makes it unviable for you to purchase products in such cases.


          Manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defect is available on products. Warranty assistance is provided by 99rpm for filing claims of manufacturing defects in a product.  Warranty is not applicable to performance, longevity or reliability of products. Electronic/ Electric products like sensors etc may be covered under warranty only when the defect is reported at time arrival/first fitment. Warranties are at sole discretion of the respective manufacturer and 99rpm doesn't influence a brand's decision.
